Alberta Horseman Jim Thomson Passes Away

James Thomson 1926 - 2018
We are saddened to share the news of the passing of Jim Thomson on March 22. Jim was a cherished member of the Alberta Thoroughbred Industry for many years as a breeder and owner. He was also a CTHS Director from 1976 to 2004 and CTHS President from 1993 to 2002. Jim was named Alberta Horseman of the Year in 1993 in honor of his outstanding contributions to the industry. Our sincere condolences go out to Jim's family and friends.
A private graveside service will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Edmonton. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
