NEVER TAPPED OUT — 2027 Syndicate Offering

Standing at Sublime Stables, Devon, Alberta

  • Pedigree: By McKinzie (by Street Sense) out of Tapped (by Tapit)
  • The horse: Unraced due to a paddock injury before a Kentucky yearling sale. Gentle disposition.
  • In 2026 he covered 6 mares, 5 settled on first cover. First foals arrive spring 2027.

Syndicate shares — offered first to owners, trainers and breeders, before general advertising.

  • Ten (10) shares only, each a 4.9% undivided interest
  • $5,000 CAD per share
  • Each share includes two breedings in total (one-time, not annual) — both may be used in 2027, or one in 2027 and the second in 2028 — and each carries a live foal guarantee (stands and nurses): a breeding that does not produce a foal that stands and nurses earns a return breeding in a following season, up to two live foals in total
  • Stallion revenue (outside stud fees, breeding revenue, and CTHS / Alberta Breed Improvement incentives) shared pro-rata, paid within 90 days of the final Alberta race day
  • Resale protection: a selling shareholder must first offer the share to the syndicate / its members (15-day right of first refusal) before any open-market sale

Syndicate Manager: Bill Dory

Outside breedings also available

2027 fee $1,700 ($1,500 + $200 booking fee), with a live foal guarantee (stands and nurses)

Disclosure, up front

Because of a prior C6 cervical injury, mortality insurance is not available for Never Tapped Out (Acera Insurance declined coverage) and no mortality policy is in place — shareholders accept that risk in writing. The syndicate/facility does carry Commercial Equine Liability Insurance covering the group against third-party claims arising from breeding operations.

Full draft agreement available on request. Parties are advised to have the agreement reviewed by their own lawyer before signing.
