Champion Sire Counterforce Brings Exciting Breeding Opportunities to Alberta! Congratulations to the connections of Counterforce, who was named Champion Sire in British Columbia for 2025 at last night’s industry awards evening! The son of Smart Strike has built an impressive resume, previously earning Champion BC Sire in 2022, while also being recognized that same year as Champion Freshman Sire in both British Columbia and Canada. Now standing in Alberta for his second season, Alberta breeders are fortunate to have access to this proven sire whose progeny continue to make an impact on the racetrack.
