STRATE REMARK and ESCAPE CLAUSE Winners in Three and Four Year Old Divisions
Century Downs Racetrack and Casino hosted the CTHS Sales Stakes on Sunday, October 21st.
Congratulations to the connections of STRATE REMARK
in his win in the 2018 CTHS Sales Stakes for Three and Four Year Old Colts and Geldings! The four year old chestnut gelding dominated from start to finish with an impressive 3 ¾ length victory. Strate Remark was bred by Red Rock Farm and is owned by Riversedge Racing Stables Ltd. of Okotoks. The Sungold gelding was ridden by jockey Rico Walcott and is trained by Craig MacPherson.

in her solid win in the CTHS Sales Stakes for the second year in a row! The four year old filly was ultra impressive, winning by 9 lengths in the 2018 CTHS Sales Stakes for Three and Four Old Fillies. The Going Commando filly was also the winner of the 2017 CTHS Sale Stakes for Two Year Old Fillies. Escape Clause was bred by Cam Ziprick & Arnason Farms and is owned and trained by Don Schnell. She was ridden by Prayven Badrie.
