Century Mile Racetrack and Casino has informed us that Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) has received another application requesting relocation of the Camrose Casino RURAL Casino License. This is the Third approach by the applicant to AGLC on this same relocation request in a 21 month period. The Applicant’s agenda is to relocate their rural charity casino license into an oversaturated South Edmonton gaming market with a new 88,000 Sq Ft casino, causing significant disruption to the market.

Please submit a letter of objection to AGLC prior to the deadline of August 20th asking that the AGLC vote against and object to the Camrose Casino relocation application.

In doing so, protect the well-being of the Alberta horse racing industry, its associated jobs and the critical slot revenue funding needed to support race purses, breed improvement initiatives and the significant economic benefits it delivers to the province’s agriculture sector.

A letter template has been provided above for you to modify with your personal information and email or mail by the deadline of  August 20th, 2024.
