A memorial service will take place for Jim Thomson on Tuesday, April 17 at 3:00 pm in the Paddock Theatre at Northlands Park.
Jim was a cherished member of the Alberta Thoroughbred Industry for many years as a breeder and owner. He was also involved as a CTHS Director from 1976 to 2004 CTHS President from 1993 to 2002. Jim was named Alberta Horseman of the Year in 1993 in honor of his outstanding contributions to the industry.
