IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM CTHS NATIONAL

The continuing COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated that the CTHS Divisions continue to take decisive action to further safeguard the health and safety of our members, associates and our staff.

As a result, the CTHS offices will continue to remain closed past the previously expected April 6, 2020 return date, until further notice. We continue to offer and provide services to our members remotely and can still be reached via email and phone.

This decision will enable us to support increased social distancing, in keeping with declared public health state of emergency. By taking this action in a proactive way, we ensure we have the staffing flexibility to meet your needs by way of phone and email. We are committed to provide you with the highest level of service and support possible.

Registrations:

Canadian:

To ensure we receive your Canadian Registration paperwork in a timely manner during this time, please scan/email, picture/email or use the PDF Fillable Canadian Declaration Form and email it to us at info@cthsnational.com. You can pay for your Canadian Registrations online at our store: www.cthsnational.com/store.

***We will still be processing Registrations submitted by mail.

Jockey Club:

If you have Jockey Club Registrations to complete over the next several weeks, please either complete the Registrations through the Jockey Club’s Interactive Registration or mail the paper application directly to The Jockey Club in Kentucky.

***We will still be processing Registrations submitted by mail.

We know that these steps will be an inconvenience for some. However, these are extraordinary times, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. The CTHS wants you to stay safe and help others to do the same as we come together to stop the spread of COVID‑ 19.

Stay Safe Everyone.

Cheers,

CTHS
