Main Catalogue Entry Deadline: Monday, June 8, 2026


Supplement Catalogue Entry Deadline: Monday, August 24, 2026 (Note: No yearlings accepted in supplement)


Fee Structure:

Part 1: Canadian-bred Yearlings: $367.50 (Includes GST)

Part 2: American-bred Yearlings: $735.00 (Includes GST) Note: American-breds are not eligible for Sales Stakes.

Part 3: Horses of Racing Age, Broodmares, & Weanlings: $315.00 (Includes GST)

Consignor Mandatory Submissions Checklist

Before sending your horse to Red Deer, ensure the following original documents are submitted to the Calgary office:



  • Digital Jockey Club Registration certificate assigned to CTHS Alberta as Sales Company.
  • Original Canadian Registration Certificate (if applicable).
  • Original Coggins Test.
  • Breeding Status Certificate (Mare pregnancy form verified within 10 days of sale).
  • Stallion Service Certificate (for mares in foal).
