The Board of Directors (CTHS Alberta Division) Election will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 to elect eleven (11) members to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society (Alberta Division).
A list of 2008 members in Alberta who are eligible to be nominated is available by contacting the National Office at 416-675-1370 or the Alberta CTHS Office at 403-229-3609.
Nomination forms and biographical statements should be returned in the envelope provided and these must BE RECEIVED IN THE NATIONAL OFFICE NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 13, 2008 OR THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Ballot forms for voting for Alberta Directors will be mailed to you on or before November 1, 2008 and the ballots will be counted by the accounting firm of McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham LLP on December 3, 2008.
